Click and collect service

It is our aim to provide you with a prompt and reliable service with high quality products. We have reviewed our way of working to ensure we can meet your expectation and improve our customer service.

As of Monday 23rd September 2024 our dedicated collection point will be from our new premises at Unit 6 Station Road, Rowley Regis.

Until further information, shower trays will still be collected from Cakemore Road, Rowley Regis.

Placing Your Orders

Collection Policy

Any orders placed before 12pm on any working day – Monday to Friday, will be available for collection from 2pm that same day.

Orders placed after 12pm but before 4pm will be available to collect after 8am the following day.

Any items not available in stock will be communicated, and an order confirmation will be sent to the appropriate address.

Urgent Order Collections

We appreciate the need to offer our customers a prompt response to an urgent request for a single product or emergency order – we will, where possible, try to accommodate customers requests but are mindful that some items are stored offsite and not immediately available.
